Harbour Entrance.(Osprey) oil 7 x 5

I have known this Osprey nest for many years. It is the marker to St Michaels Harbour.
I remember sailing past it with Julia's dad, before we got married. I have always wanted to do a painting of it.

What a brilliant painting, Matt. My, how the eastern shore suits you. It is truly amazing, isn't it, how inspired we become by our immediate surroundings. As always, your work just brings me such joy.

Terry, What can I say. It really is a mutual admiration society. I believe you are just about the most original, daring Artist working today with a brilliant eye for composition.
You are right I do love it here . The light is ever changing, and there is so much to paint.
