Egret in the shallows 24 x 30'' oil

I love looking down on shallow water.  I have done another version of this using a different shape and colors but It was fun revisiting this Idea. This time I kept the water a lot looser.

I have just finished teaching a "Large painting " class at the Academy art museum in Easton. It was so much fun. I was lucky to have a great bunch of students. This was my demo painting which I completed over the 6 weeks.
