This is in progress. I have had to put it on hold while I get on with some paintings for Galleries.

Moon Wind in the Bay 20 x 16 oil

I thought it would be fun to demo how to paint one painting over another. This started off as a pelican. I did a rough wash drawing in paint  before I blocked this in with thicker paint. Gradually the Pelican disappeared and the sailboat took shape.
