Well, I've finally taken the plunge and got a blog of my own. Poor Julia has been so patient, but I know that I have driven her crazy with my lack of computer skills.

Sketches for my Triptic. oil on cartridge paper….
I spent almost a week watching a pair of eagles eating a goose on the Ice in front of my house. I thought it would be fun to do a series of 3 paintings showing the eagle with the goose. I have painted 2 of the 3 paintings.
Thanks Kendall, I'm pleased you like my sketches. I got to thinking about my blog and I think I should show more of my Ideas and working drawings, You know, make it much more personal. Warts and all!!
