. I felt a larger painting was long overdue. Ripples are so bloody hard to paint, but Egrets are always fun!!

Beautifully done as usual Matthew, I especially like the composition and the way that you have painted the water (and of course the bird too). Probably my favorite egret painting that you have done!
I must have missed this post somehow Matthew but I can't stop looking at this bird and the ripples in the water. Simply mesmerizing!!
